Hey everyone, it’s been a long time since I published a fitness post. So, here we go with my workout routine. I’m not the type to go to the gym. I love some easy exercises at home, in your room, in your flat or in your garden. For me it’s more relaxing and convenient. I like to be on my own and I don’t need a lot of eyes who check me out while I am sweating like crazy :-D So most of the time I do some yoga or pilates/stretching exercises or training to build muscle on my back. I have lots of problems with my back because I am really tall and my spine is not in the position as it should be. So below you can find my training plan. It’s all about interval training, lunges, high knees, leg lifts, side crunches, squats, arm-exercises, exercises with the Thera-Band and stretching. Below I linked all the products I use. - 20 Min. Interval training
- 15 Min. on my yoga mat
- 10 Min. standing
- 10 Min. with a Thera-band
- 5 Min. Stretching
