5 Reasons for Thailand Holidays

A couple of days ago I told my friend about my Thailand holiday. You can look in my menu “Destinations” or click HERE – to find all my posts about Thailand. Here are my 5 Reasons for a Thailand holiday.

1. The Food
First things first. In Thailand you can get food at every corner and it’s SO GOOD. You just have to try. The restaurants don’t look first class, but the Thais are very conscientious about their food. They keep their supplies clean. My boyfriend is not a fan of Asian food, but he was blown away by the great things in Thailand. They even make their own noodles. There’s also so many different veggies and fruits. You can get meat in tiny portions and there’s tons of fresh fish you can choose from

2. The Prices
As I already mentioned – we spent about 2000€ in 23 days. We did a lot of things like massages, cocktails, shopping, renting scooters etc.) If you want to read details about the prices, just click HERE

3. The Locals
I’ve already got to know a lot of different people and cultures. The Thais are so friendly, openminded and nice. There were so many memorable situations! Like when we tipped the waitress – she was so baffled that she went to get her mother and thanked us about a thousand times. We complimented a chef in another restaurant and he gifted us bananas

4. The Country
You can rent scooters everywhere for a very cheap price. And if you don’t know where to go other passengers will come and help you. Thailand is very diversified. One minute your at a shopping street, the other minute your in some wasteland or at the beach. You need to rent a scooter or to drive around in a taxi to see the island. We saw so many things in one day. Drive around a mountain, into the jungle, to the pier, at the beach and so on.

5. The Massages
Many recommended the massages to me because I already had a slipped spinal disc. And I only paid 6-8€ for a one-hour massage. That makes one feel bad, huh? We always paid a good tip and I gave one lady my necklace, because she was so nice.

I’m excited about your opinion. Do you like my tips or are they too stereotyped? Who was already in Thailand and who agrees with my tips? I look forward to your comments – have a nice day!
