Thanks my wanderlust, I’m often away from home, This means that my postbox gets fuller everyday and the packages pile up. My mother or grandmother is not always there to receive my mail. Has this already happened to you where you came home from a long trip with a lot of mail waiting? Payment Reminders, because you forgot to pay bills or forgot payment deadlines? Yes? You’re asking yourself where the mail should go while absent

Imagine you want to go on a longer holiday, maybe a three week trip through Asia! During this time, you’ll receive a lot of mail. Maybe you will forget bills or important deadlines. To avoid this, you can use the holiday safe. The posts collects your mail and keeps it for you – which sounds pretty easy, right?

Why you should think about a holiday safe

Carefree. A word which is important for me on this topic. I think I’m the most anxious person. When on my way home, I already think about the mail I may have gotten and if I forgot any deadlines. I won’t have to go on a journey to gather my mail (in our country your mail will be delivered to for family when you’re not available) and if it rains, I don’t have to worry about my mail getting wet to a point that you can’t read it anymore. If the postbox is too full, your mail may peak through the opening and get wet,

It’s better to get all your mail at once after your holiday. You can concentrate on your chores and than concentrate on your mail the day after. Preparing yourself is half the work.

To all the self-employed people. If you’re self-employed and you get a lot of important mail, it’s good to know where it is stored for you. Whether you’re gone for one day or several weeks, thanks to the holiday safe nothing will get lost.

Next time I’m traveling I’ll use the holiday safe

For my next trip (which is soon hopefully) I’ll setup a safe and assign the post to send my whole mail at a certain point. You can decide when and for how long, so that you can plan everything accordingly.
