Instagram latest 04/2017 | #chicchooleetravels

Hi guys! I’m really sorry, that I havent’ been updating the last few weeks. I didn’t have much time, the stress was a little too much and my private life hasn’t been too well too. But this will be changing after all the travelling. I was able to prepare a couple of blogposts on my trip through Morocco and afterwards.

I already asked you on my facebook page which topics about Morocco would be interesting to you. If you have more wishes, just click here and add your wish. I’d be happy to read about them. That will make it easier for me to begin writing. We experienced a lot in little time and our programme was not really touristic. That’s why I really want to know what’s interesting for you and what is not.

Today it’s time fo a Instagram Monthly Review. I’m a little late, but that’s okay! The intention is there and I’ll return to my routine soon. I plan to publish 3 blogposts in one week and what can I say, I have gathered tons of material over the last few weeks. When talking about Instagram, I really have to start a rant about this bullshit (pardon me) App. I can’t believe how Facebook destroyed Instagram. This Photoapp was my favorite for years and there were times I really was addicted to this app and I wasn’t able to make it without my phone for a couple of hours. Yes I know – sick world! But today?! Today I’m really sick of it. Instagram only functions for the big influencers. Everyone under 100K isn’t worth anything anymore.

I get the feeling that I’m always pushed to pay for exposure. But I can tell you – this platform won’t see money from me. I don’t accept it to pay for it for people seeing my face. This is just a mess! But well, I accepted it. If it won’t work, then it won’t and even if the likes will collapse – then so be it. I still like my pictures and think they’re beautiful and those who want to see them, will come to my profile anyway. I will continue to make an effort and I think my pictures are inspiring and I won’t stop posting.

I resigned myself that this app is not as great as before. That’s why I’m even happier that more and more readers come to my blog and my facebook page also functions pretty well and that I get a lot of nice messages from you. I think yo shouldn’t mind too much. „It’s as it is” my mother would say and she’s right. I still want to share my favorite pictures with you here. I’m wondering which is your favorite from my feed. My blogposts about Morocco will be online in the next few days. You can look forward to it. I wish you a great time! See ya!

  • Bild 1 – Gypsy Soul in Sahara Desert

This photo was a fast snapshot and there’s only this one portrait of me. I wasn’t able to open my eyes for longer. The wind was really violent for a moment – so I had a lot of sand in my face and eyes. I still think that the picture is really, really beautiful and I chose it as a profile picture on Facebook *lol* I think I’ll use it on Instagram too. What do you think?

  • Bild 2 – Marrakesch Medina a Shopping Paradise

It’s an obligation to visit the Medina when in Marrakech and to get lost in all the little streets. All the markets are wonderfull and there are a lot of great souvenirs. I could have shopped much more. Next to handpainted plates and bowls, there are carpets, fabrics and a lot of spices, soaps, oils and scents. A real mekka for shoppingfans! I had to buy cinnamon and currypowder. You can find booths like this on almost every corner in the center of Marrakech.

  • Bild 3 – Palmtree Goals

While on our trip into the desert we drove past a little oasis. There was nothing around it then this little waterhole and a lot of wild palmtrees. We just had to stop the car there to take some cool pictures. The location was just unbelievable. The old palmtree between all the new, colorful ones was the perfect Instagram Spot haha. Also – my outfit just matched the Location perfectly. We really had to do this. Poor boyfriend aka. Instagram Husband.

  • Bild 4 – A palace in the medina

Behind an old wooden gate in the middle of Medina, in the tiny angled streets of Marrakech we found this beautiful palace! The Riad Ana Yela. I’ll write a blogpost about my stay there of course. It’s already in draft mode and waits for the right time to be published. But you still have to wait a little. But the first impression is really good, right? Just wait until you see the beautiful pictures from the rooftop terrace.

  • Bild 5 – I finally need to build a house!

Yes – I really have to begin planning our future home and then I’ll return to Marrakech and buy half of the bazaar :-) Take a look at these perfect rugs and pillowcases! Aren’t they extremely beautiful? I wanted to buy them all! It’s so beautiful and totally to my taste. If – someday – our house is ready, I’ll return and buy a real morrocan rug. That’s already decided!
