Green Smoothie with Spinach and Basil


Yay, the time has come! Everyone who watches my Snapchat Stories – now Instagram Stories – knows that I’m a real smoothie addict. It doesn’t matter: green smoothie, berry smoothie or tropical fruit smoothie. I love every kind of smoothie! For my first recipe, I chose a green smoothie with spinach and basil. Whoa! You need to try this. You will love it!!! I always thought who would drink this green mush? But the smoothie tastes really good!

The preparation is really easy. Just cut the ingredients below and mix them. If you don’t like ginger, just skip it or sub in another ingredient. That’s what’s great about smoothies – there are no limits. You can throw everything into the mixer. So, now I want to know what’s your favorite smoothie and if you like the green one too. Have fun trying & enjoy your drink!

Ingredients & Supplies  for a Green Smoothie

1 Granny Smith Apple
½ Avocado
1 big Banana
10g Ginger
Lime juice
1 hand full of baby spinach
1 hand full fresh basil
2 rings pineapple
Water or coconut water
