At the beginning of the year, we often set solutions we break quickly or are quickly forgotten. The points I listed below aren’t New Year’s resolutions, but I’m trying to better myself.
1 ♥ I can’t watch a movie quietly. I always read what happens next on Wikipedia, because I really hate wasting my time if the movie is bad. If I like what I read, I will watch the movie until the end. If I don’t like the ending, which happens really often, I’ll turn the TV off or just stop watching. Manuel is always mad when that happens! Sometimes, I have to put my phone away when we watch movies.
2 ♥ I talk to much and too loudly! My mother doesn’t know where this comes from. It must be annoying sometimes. It helps sometimes to be reminded to slow and down or take a breath. You can also just put me into a car – that always worked when I was a kid.
3 ♥ Not only a bad habit, but also really ugly: biting my nails. I do it subconsciously or sometimes when I’m stressed. I’ve already tried a lot of remedies – bitter liquid on the nails, gel nails…nothing’s worked.
4 ♥ I like to eat babyfood for breakfast. I looks weird, but it’s really tasty. I’ve liked this since having my wisdom teeth removed. The chocolate mash is my favorite.
5 ♥ I often forget to remove my makeup before sleeping and then I look like a zombie in the morning. My mascara gets everywhere and my pillow turns makeup-beige. Shame on me. But when I come home really late, I just want to go to bed. The thought of cleaning my face annoys me.
