Some of you already saw on my Instagram and Snapchat Account (@chicchoolee). A couple of weeks ago some bloggers from Germany, Switzerland and Austria were in Mallorca, because Weled ainvited us to a lovely retreat :-) I was happy to meet Carmen and see some other girls like Vicky and Anja again. My blogpost about the 5-Star Fontsanta Hotel might have been interesting for you. The “Adults Only“ Hotel was a great oasis and event location.

After we got into our room, there was a get-together. We were able to get to know the Weleda-Team and other bloggers. I need to say that Patricia, Susi, Myrtha and Rene did a really great job organising this event. They were such friendly and lovely people. The group was very well selected.

Afterwards, we went to the beach. With this great weather, we decided to cycle. There was a little workshop at the beach. It was so beautiful at the beach and we were so lucky with the weather! I was able to tan and go barefoot in the sand. It felt so great to feel the sand between my toes. On the same evening, we saw the almond trees with the charming Rene and afterwards we had an almond-infused dinner. The fish was so good! Yum!! Even though I ate a lot for dinner, I was really hungry the next day.

After breakfast, we went to a treatment in the spa, which was my personal highlight. Weleda presented their almond series to us. Weleda itself exists since 1921 and is a renowed and reputable brand for natural cosmetics. In the almond workshop we tested the products and got to know them. Did you know that almond oil is one of the most valuable oils for your skin? Because the structure is similar to the lipid layer of the skin. That’s why our skin can absorb the oil so well.

The almond series consists of products, including Products for your body and for your face. Weleda produces these naturally, without synthetic coloring, preservatives or resources from mineral oil basis. The products are made from: almonds, plumpit oil and lactic acid.

I have to say, the time in the spa was really relaxing. Rene and Myrtha managed to make us feel awesome. I relaxed and I was so thankful to be invited. I can’t tell you how relaxed I felts, closing my eyes and smelling the almonds. Life is too hectic to and we often forget to enjoy it and get some rest.
