Ginger Tea for cold days

Tea or coffee? Whether I’m at home or work, I’m definitely a tea person! I always have a can by my side. I don’t care if it’s cold or warm – tea is always a good choice. On cold days I really like herbal tea, fennel or camomile tea. I also like drinking water with a piece of ginger as well. Have you tried it before? It’s yummy and refreshing. I want to share my super easy and fast recipe.

Ingredients

  • Hot water
  • 1-2 twigs of rosemary
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • 4 slices of ginger
  • 1 bag of camomile tea
  • 1 dash of lemon juice

Preparation

Bring water to a boil and brew your tea. Wait 3-5 minutes, remove the bag before adding rosemary and ginger. Wait another 5 minutes and then add honey and lemon juice to taste. Not only does it taste great but, it also prevents cold feet and it improves blood circulation. Try it and enjoy!
