Today I want to introduce you to a super delicious and fast pasta recipe that I really love (as someone who loves basil!) It tastes great and is so easy and fast to prepare. You can prepare the basil pesto in a big portion and save it in the fridge for some time. The recipe will be much faster like this, if you only cook the noodles. Prepare the pesto with a mixer. Just mix all the ingredients. If the mixture is still too gooey, add some olive oil. If it’s too thin, add basil, parmesan cheese, and pinenuts.
Once you’re ready, you have to cook your spaghetti and mix it in your pan with 1-2 tablespoons of Pesto. You have to fry the shrimp in another pan. I rubbed the shrimp with curry salt, it’s great for their color. But that is just to taste. You can fry the shrimp without anything as well. Et voilà! Now you have spaghetti with basil pesto. For the Pesto:
 250 g Basil
 30 g Pine nuts
 30 g 1 clove of garlic
 20 g Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
 250 ml Olive oil
 Salt, Pepper & Nutmeg
100 g Spaghetti
 Salt for the water
 Parmesan cheese and pine nuts for garnish
