There you go again – the fight betweenn good and evil. The first round is already in the mornings, when my alarm goes off. It’s so hard getting out of bed. Are you early birds? I’m not. The second round is around noon – I shoudl eat something. I don’t eat breakfast. Never. I’m trying tob e productive. Around 3 and 5pm: I should call it a day and eat something. I’m home and I can finally eat. Now it’s time for a bath – those are one oft he most peaceful minutes of my day. I’m travelling in my mind. I’m looking on my phone every 10 minutes just to remind myself to keep it low. After an hour I’m leaving the bathtub – my skin is shriveling. It looks disgusting. I’m returning to my desk. I feel bad that I didn’t do a workout yet. It’s nearly 8pm. I delete all the newsletters in my mailbox. I start to type some words and I can finally relax. But not for long – the next day is near.
