Hey everyone! So Summer is almost upon us, and just the thought of it has me craving something refreshing. When it’s hot in the summer, I really do prefer salads. Something heavy food is just too much. I love shrimp and they’re perfect in a salad! The sauce was great as well – I fried the shrimp in it and they became super crunchy.
1 Red pepper
1 Mango
1 Package Shrimp
1 Lime
Parsley
Salt, Pepper, Chili and Sweet-Sour Sauce
Defrost the shrimp and pat dry. Wash the salad and pepper; cut into bite-sized pieces. Cut the mango in half, removing the core and skin before cutting into strips. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the shrimp. Add salt and pepper to taste. Next, add the sweet and sour sauce. If you don’t like the sauce, just don’t add it. I hope you like my mango shrimp recipe! I also tried a second dish with tofu, but I will share that later.
