Hi guys, today’s recipe is yummy and healthy. My mother calls me a soup addict because I like soup so much. You already saw a preview on my Instagram account (@chicchoolee). Here’s my recipe. You will need about 30 minutes. Have fun cooking it. Bon Appétit ♥
2 zucchinis
1 onion & 1 clove of garlic
2 potatoes
500 ml water
200 ml broth
Oil, salt, pepper and nutmeg
Plain yoghurt and pumpkin seeds

Cut the onions into cubes and fry it with some olive oil. Crush the garlic and add it to the onions. Peel the zucchini and potatoes, cut into cubes and fry both. You can keep some slices of the zucchini for the decoration. Add salt and pepper. Add the broth and let everything cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Puree the soup, fry the zucchini slices and season to taste. Serve with yoghurt and pumpkin seeds.Voilà and enjoy!
