Happy first of May! This is one of my favorite desserts. I use my grandma’s pancake recipe and added bananas.
200g flour
240 ml milk
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
some salt
1 banana
2 Tsp. Baking powder
1 Tbsp. oil

I decided on the fruity version but you can also serve them with chocolate, yogurt, etc.

Peel the banana and mash it. Mix everything together. Fry the batter in a pan. This amount of batter should make around 14 pancakes.
My tip: I used a sunnyside up egg and oiled it before using.
Second tip: If you beat the egg white until it’s fluffy, the pancakes will be even better. I served the pancakes with some honey, brown sugar, berries, mint and coconut flakes. Bon Appétit!
