Today I really have to bitch. Sorry if you expected something happy and travel related, but today’s post is about the blogosphere, in which we try to fight for reputation, to keep up with the aspirations and the work. We try to stand out form the mass of the other bloggers. To make it better and to bring out the “Good”. You don’t make it easy for us.

“The Others“ – Those who don’t care about labeling their ads

I can’t look at this any more – it really pisses me off. I tried to ignore everything, telling myself “they just don’t know any better“ or “they don’t mean to“. I also messaged “the others“ to describe the situation to them. THE LAW. It’s not that I’d just tell them about my own wishes, it’s the LAW that everything has abide by. If you’re a blogger, an Influencer, an Instagram Starlet or a Youtube star, you’re supposed to mark your ads if you’re paid for something.

To say “oh,I didn’t know“ is no excuse. Not knowing won’t spare you from punishment. I can’t tell the policemen on the street that I didn’t see the speed sign. That does not work! If you want to build a business or earn money, then inform yourself at first and get to know the legal situation. You can’t promote another designer bag, hotel, or holiday trip every week, get paid for it, and let people think that it was “normal”. This is hidden advertisement and it’s criminal. Nothing will happen to me – the others do the same thing.

It gets complicated here. “The others“ will just point their fingers to “the others.“ Those who don’t label their ads as well. I just don’t understand. It doesn’t hurt, if you label your ads and on the other hand it’s nice to say that you can cooperate with corporations, right? I prefer being honest and let my readers know. It’s not that hard. Well, I don’t understand. I don’t really know the reason why people don’t flag their posts.

The company doesn’t want it? And you confirmed it? So you agreed to an evil pact to sell products to young teenagers? Are you serious? And you support these companies? And you let yourself get paid? How disgusting is that! Sorry, if you think I’m going crazy, but I had to unfollow so many people on Instagram, because I don’t want to look at this anymore. I don’t understand how you can sell yourself like this. You can see how money influences people.

 Fame and Fortune at any price – is that your goal?

I have to say one other thing, you can do whatever you want. You just have to understand US (sorry, I have to say it) THE GOOD ONES – that’s what we are. We follow the rules and the law, you don’t. You’re making our work really hard. The companies prefer the others. Because we don’t work together. That’s why companies want hidden ads. Because there are always people trying it. If we would work together, these companies wouldn’t have any chance.

I really hope, that I can reach some of you with this blogpost. I don’t think that these young girls want to be unfair or famous and rich at any price, but they just didn’t inform themselves at first. That’s not any better, but still a good base to improve. That’s why – please follow the rules, google a little. There are so many blogposts you can read online and that can help you. You can also consult a lawyer. Call your legal advisor or ask a friend that knows more about this topic.

I don’t think it’s your goal to be admonished by Google, right? Do you want to destroy your online presence just for this? Just because of a little sentence to add and a little attribute in a link (buzzword: nofollow). Let’s work together. Leave the envy, greed, and jealousy behind. I’m sure the blogosphere would be much better.
